Legal principles of tort, contract, and criminal law. Includes roles and responsibilities of court systems, the legal community, and the paralegal. Also covers procedures for preparing cases for trial, adjudication, and post-trial. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in PAR102, or permission of Program Director.
