Introduction to nutrition using anthropometric, biochemical, clinical, and dietary analysis. Includes the use of qualitative and quantitative methodology to determine nutritional status. Emphasis on self-evaluation of energy balance, weight regulation and personal health. Prerequisites: None. Note: Self-evaluative laboratory experience to complement FON100.
