Focus on assessment practices and systems including examining assessments, data collection and analysis, diagnosing reading difficulties, developing student growth plans, and utilizing data to provide appropriate effective instruction to increase literacy success for all students. Prerequisites: Must hold a valid Arizona Elementary, Secondary, Special Education, or Early Childhood teaching certificate, or permission of Department or Division.
