Catalog description
A major area of piano repertoire is selected for intensive study. The emphasis of the seminar changes from semester to semester. Possible topics include the development of the Mozart concerto, keyboard works of J.S. Bach, piano writing of Debussy in his solo works Debussy, and songs; 20th Century solo piano, and piano and voice works. Pre-requisite: TH142 Musicianship II (minimum grade of C-).
