Catalog description

Independent Research and Study allows students to investigate topics of interest under faculty supervision. Available to minors only. Approval of the faculty sponsor, department chair, and CAS dean's office is required. Only one project may be scheduled in a semester and up to 12 semester hours of independent study may count toward graduation.
