Advanced Screenwriting Workshop

Catalog description

This course is a master class / seminar for advanced screenwriting students. Over the course of the semester, students will develop and write a feature-length screenplay or television pilot. Students will learn to hone dialogue and story structure through instruction, critique of each other’s work, and regular rewriting. In addition, students will learn professional pitching techniques and industry writing practices. Pre-requisite(s): FTV 339 with minimum grade of C.
