This course introduces students to the craft and creative process of production design for film and television. Emphasizing visual storytelling, students will learn to interpret scripts, build cohesive worlds, create design documentation, and collaborate across departments. Through historical context, hands-on assignments, and a final design project, students will gain foundational skills to pursue production design professionally.
