Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with background theory and principles of operation of modern instrumental methods. The instrumental methods in this course include, but are not limited to, ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy, atomic spectroscopy, gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis, mass spectrometry (MS) and electrochemical analysis.
