Administrative and supervisory improvement strategies are explored. Major topics include: educational administrative structures; role of the supervisor of instruction; state and federal legislation; certification; personnel policies; ethical conduct; funding procedures; and public relations. Improvement of administration and supervision of business and vocational education is the primary goal.
