Catalog description

This course will help students acquire the skills necessary to design, conduct, and interpret research studies. Emphasis will be on constructing appropriate experimental designs and using appropriate statistical tools for research in the biomedical and life sciences. Students will gain experience analyzing, graphing, and interpreting research data. Three hours of lecture and one three-hour lab per week.
