Pediatric Practicum

Catalog description

This practicum provides a clinical setting for the integration of classroom material presented in Primary Care of the Pediatric and Perinatal Patient. The focus is on primary care of common acute and chronic disease process of the pediatric and perinatal populations. Students will utilize the necessary resources in health care to optimize health in these populations. Students will complete 120 clinical hours.
