Catalog description

Independent Research and Study allows students to investigate topics of interest under faculty supervision. Available to majors/minors only. Approval of the faculty sponsor, department chair, and CAS dean's office is required. Only one project may be scheduled in a semester and up to 12 semester hours of independent study may count toward graduation.
