Catalog description

A field-based course in which students, under the direction of an advisor, create recommendations to address a strategic challenge facing a host organization. Students will be required to present the decision framework both orally and in writing. The goal is to engage the leadership of the host organization in a facilitated decision-making process. Students will also present the next steps for the host organization to take ownership of the project and implement the decision.
