Catalog description

Provides students with opportunity to work directly with a law firm—including for-profit and non-profit firms—on a real-life market opportunity that the firm might pursue. Students will be embedded with lawyers and other professionals at the firm and, working together, develop a pitch for firm leadership on the advisability of particular opportunities. Consists of an introductory “bootcamp” on design and innovation (usually held over a weekend), bi-weekly meetings with the firm, and a capstone experience involving the final pitch to firm leadership.
