Catalog description

Provides students with the opportunity to develop and practice critical analytical and communication skills they’ll need to succeed in legal practice. Students will analyze multiple client problems focused on core doctrinal areas and create documents responsive to client needs. Students will receive feedback on their work throughout the semester and have opportunities to revise their work. We will explore additional skills relevant to successful practice, including management of time, projects, and stress.
