This course covers the theory and practice of corporate finance with a special emphasis on Excel modeling skills. The course provides in-depth coverage of capital budgeting, the risk-return relationship, cost of capital, capital structure, payout policy, financial distress, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, short-term financial management, warrants and convertibles, and corporate valuation.
