Catalog description

An advanced creative writing course in which students pursue a semester-long project or portfolio in any genre (poetry, fiction, drama, creative nonfiction, screenwriting, multimedia, etc.) and workshop their works in progress. Appropriate for students working in traditional forms (e.g. short-story, poetry, memoir, etc.) or students working in forms not typically covered by other writing courses (e.g. graphic novel, screenplay, multimedia, etc.). May be repeated once for credit, but only one may count towards the minor in Creative Writing. Offered annually.
