Catalog description

This course presents topics important to law enforcement and corrections. Discussion includes concepts and applications that pertain to managing situations and critical incidents in both law enforcement and corrections. Additional topics include how tech nology and advances in technology are instrumental to criminal justice agencies, and common misconceptions regarding the portrayal of law enforcement and corrections in respect to today’s media coverage.
