Supporting Professional Practices in ECE

Catalog description

This course studies how to support professionalism in the early childhood field and focuses on practices that an ECE professional would engage in to increase their ability to provide high-quality services. Topics include advocacy, coaching and mentoring, reflective practices, and how to model professionalism within the ECE program and in the community. This course prepares students to locate and use resources to reach their professional goals.
