Catalog description

This course explores developmental domains, theories, and characteristics of children from birth to age 8. Students become familiar with the core considerations of developmentally appropriate practice and learning theories to support children throughout development. This course is aligned with the educational requirements for the CDA Credential issued by the Council for Professional Recognition.
