Clinical Education II

Catalog description

Instructional Method: Seven hours clinical. Prerequisites: PTAS 250C . Corequisites: PTAS 285 . Students apply clinical reasoning skills to implement physical therapy plans of care while in a full-time clinical placement. Students gain increased independence in the role of a PTA while under the supervision of licensed clinicians. The student is expected to be functioning as an entry-level PTA at the conclusion of the clinical experience. Note(s): Pass/Fail.
