Advanced School Counseling

Catalog description

Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: COED 617 . This course will focus on advanced aspects of the school counseling profession and the work of school counselors. Leadership, collaboration and consultation, and advocacy will be explored as they relate to providing academic, social/emotional, and career development support to students in K-12.
