Catalog description

Instructional Method: Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory. Prerequisites: A grade of “C” or better in BIOL 229 , BIOL 132 , BIOL 231 , and BIOL 232 ; or a grade of “C” or better in BIOL 111 , BIOL 112 , and BIOL 222 . Survey of the structure, function and relationships of members of the major groups of invertebrate animals. Laboratory studies will include experience in identification techniques as well as traditional investigation of comparative anatomy. Some field studies included.
