Instructional Method: Three hours lecture; three hours laboratory. Introduction to how scientists approach biological problems through a collaborative, interdisciplinary lens. A foundational knowledge in areas across biology, including genetics, cell biology, organismal biology, ecology, and evolution, will be explored. REAL Area R Note(s): General Education and Scientific and Quantitative Reasoning designated course.
