Catalog description

Instructional Method: Conduct of the Course: The format of the course may include, but is not limited to, lecture, laboratory experiences, case analysis, group discussions, guest lectures and offsite activities as and when available. Prerequisites: Successful completion of all prior coursework or with permission from the department. The course is designed to provide an understanding of the theoretical and clinical basis for physical therapy examination and intervention for individuals neurologic conditions. This course focuses on physical therapy management of adult neurological disorders. The course content involves assessment and intervention approaches that are based on current evidence and practice patterns.
