Topics in Talent and Organization Development: Topics courses are offered on a regular basis and will vary by term. Possible topics include Challenges in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Organizational Resiliency, Business Continuity and Organizational Responses to Disruptive Change. This course may be repeated for up to 9 credits.
