Stakeholder, Client, and Relationship Management: This course is designed to provide professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively work with others, both inside and outside of their organization. Students will engage in a host of micro and macro business processes, including stakeholder identification, persona analysis, stakeholder management, and stakeholder engagement. The course topics include emotional intelligence, communication styles, interpersonal skills, and an audience-focused approach. Cross-listed with MBA 651. Prerequisites: None.
