Leadership Skills and Techniques: This course provides knowledge and skills to be effective leaders and managers in the evolution of successful organizations. Students examine a wide-range of leadership theories and practices to analyze and lead today’s successful companies and teams, such as political acumen, crisis management, leadership styles, strategic planning and conflict resolution and negotiation.
