Catalog description

This course will develop and enhance your ability to design effective learning management systems, curriculums and programs, select appropriate learning methodologies (e.g., in-person, blended learning, simulations, gamification, and virtual reality), develop learning programs, facilitate meetings and learning, and evaluate program effectiveness by applying adult learning theory and leading practices. This program will introduce and build on adult development and learning, psychological and change theories, and explore multi-generational and global strategies related to learning and facilitation.
