Advanced Coaching Theories and Practice: This course is dedicated to the development of advanced coaching skills, allowing students to enhance their expertise through both in- class and practical, real-world practice. Emphasizing the alignment of these skills with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies, this course prepares students for the ICF credentialing assessment. By the end of the course, students will have a deep understanding of advanced coaching techniques and be well-equipped for certification. Cross-listed with MBA 673. Prerequisite: TOD 625.
