Catalog description

Advanced General I: History and Systems of Psychology: The first half of the capstone course in the major. The focus of this course is an in-depth look at the history of psychology from ancient times to the present. This course covers the philosophical background, early beginnings, and current understandings of the modern age of psychology. Students begin writing their senior paper that is completed in the second half of the course, PSY 401. Prerequisite: 21 hours of psychology courses and senior status. (Offered every fall semester.)
