Catalog description

This course is designed to examine human behavior within a cultural context. The class will help students increase awareness and understanding of the similarities and differences among cultures. Through readings, discussions, and in and out of class experiences, students will explore topics such as culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, social class, and ability. Prerequisite: PSY 101. (Offered as needed.)
