Catalog description

Study and exploration of the science and practice of clinical health psychology. This course examines the relationship between behavior and health and the application of the biopsychosocial model to health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment and coping strategies for illness and disability. Prerequisite: PSY 101. (Offered as needed.)
