U.S. Constitution: Individual Rights and Liberties: Examines major decisions by the United States Supreme Court in areas of civil rights and civil liberties. Examines the structure and function of the American court system, its relationship to the political process, the basis for legal argument and judicial decision-making. No prerequisite. (Offered every even spring term.)
