Catalog description

This course examines key issues in environmental philosophy such as the moral status of non- human living things, environmental preservation and beautification, and the role of environmental philosophy in environmental activism. Emphasis is placed on developing the ability to critically think about and articulate positions on these and other issues. Prerequisite: None. (Offered as needed.)
