Catalog description

Focuses on the theory and application of advanced nursing therapeutics and evaluation of their effectivenes in improving client health outcomes. Content includes pharmacotherapeutics, teaching and learning theory, risk anticipation analysis, and evidence supporting both traditional and complementary therapies. (3 didactic, 1 clinical; 5025 hours clinical practice.) Prerequisites: Completion of core courses. (Offered at least twice per academic year.) (50 clinical hours/precepted)
