Values of the leader and tools of management are emphasized as they pertain to the nursing profession and the healthcare delivery systems. Management theory and related concepts are presented for integration into professional nursing practice. Prerequisites. NUR 470, NUR 474, and NUR 491. Corequisites: NUR 495, NUR 496, NUR 497. (Offered every fall and spring term.)
