Catalog description

Familiarizes students with the concepts and theories that form the foundation of healthcare and clinical information systems. Using concepts, theories, and technology, nursing students will apply health informatics to their nursing practice in a collaborative work environment. Corequisites: NUR 307, NUR 309 and NUR 396. (Offered every term.)
