Catalog description

Expands on the concept of mental well-being and its role in holistic health. This course emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to mental health care in diverse practice settings while focusing on assessment and communication skills in mental health care. Class 3 hours per week. Clinical 45 hours per semester. Prerequisites: NUR 302, NUR 303, NUR 304. Corequisites: NUR 310, NUR 311 (Offered every fall and spring term).
