Medical-Surgical Nursing I: Applies nursing knowledge and principles integral to the nursing care of adults experiencing chronic health alterations. The class will use clinical practice in the simulation lab and in acute care settings. Class 6 hours per week. Clinical 90 hours per semester. Prerequisites: NUR 302, NUR 303, NUR 304. Corequisites: NUR 311, NUR 312. (Offered every fall and spring term).
