continuation of MUS 109. Four-part writing in homophonic texture will be introduced that will include the functions of tonic, dominant, and pre-dominant harmonies. This course is intended for music majors, as part of a four- semester sequence. Prerequisite: MUS 109. (Offered every spring term)
