The Cinematic Arts

Catalog description

This course immerses students into the art of cinematic storytelling and explores a range of narrative and non-fiction forms and techniques. With an emphasis on classical Hollywood cinema, students study the visually compelling rules and language that govern cinematic communication. (Offered every fall term.)
