Leadership & Organizations: This course provides an introduction to leadership. Course discussion will include exploring the nature of leadership, the development of an understanding of leadership theories, and an overview of various leadership styles. Discussions with community leaders will facilitate the students' creation of strategies for successful leadership and the development of skills to enhance their leadership effectiveness in various settings. Prerequisite: Junior Status. (Offered fall and spring term.) Credit: 3.
