Catalog description

Creativity & Ideation: This course focuses on the front end, or idea generation, of the innovation process. Students engage in readings, research, collaboration, in-class activities, and outside-of-class activities to explore and develop their creative senses. Primary course goals include understanding factors that may hinder creative efforts as well as guiding the cultivation of creative thinking approaches that can lead to novel, user-focused, and implementable products, services, and businesses. Prerequisite: None. (Offered every fall term.)
