Strategic Leadership

Catalog description

This course integrates many of the student's academic and professional experiences to focus on the strategic planning necessary for an organization to define and achieve its overall objectives. The course includes discussion of cases and a project. The ability to identify issues and problems and to develop management strategies for an organization is emphasized. Prerequisites: MBA 600 or 602, 605, 625, 630 and 635.
