Intermediate Corporate Finance

Catalog description

This course provides an in- depth study of financial theory, analysis and application in selected areas. Topics include advanced valuation techniques, risk and return, cost of capital, capital structure theory and policy, dividend policy, capital budgeting, real options, mergers and acquisitions, and working capital management. Prerequisite: Grade of C or higher in FIN 360. (Offered fall term.)
