Catalog description

This course relates the economic and investment environment to security investment decisions. It includes an introduction to the concepts and techniques relevant to the formulation of investment objectives, strategies and policies for individual and institutional investors and an elementary treatment of portfolio theory and the capital asset pricing model. Prerequisite: FIN 360. (Offered every fall and spring term.)
