Independent Study

Catalog description

Independent study of a topic in professional writing, rhetoric, drama, fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry and/or literary or cultural theory with a focus also on research techniques. Prerequisites: junior or senior student in the Major, minimum 3.000 grade point average in English, completion of at least eight hours of upper-level English courses and permission of the department. (Offered as needed.)
