Catalog description
An intensive study of the writing of short fiction, focusing on a command of point of view, plot and the use of selective detail to evoke both character and setting. Students will be expected to write approximately 30 pages of completed work, with extensive revision over the course of the term. Prerequisite: ENG 206. (Offered every third term in rotation with ENG 307 and ENG 308.)
