Curriculum Development and Implementation: This course will lead candidates through an exploration of the theoretical foundations of curriculum and models for curriculum development. Candidates will learn and engage in discussion regarding the role of the school leader as a change agent in curricular processes. Candidates will also be challenged to reflect on the school leader’s responsibility in defining what knowledge, skills and concepts are essential to the complete educational development of the students in their school.
